Evolution: EVO+ 2021 salt chlorinator
The SEL EVO+ chlorinator has evolved technologically:
- Power supply suitable for bipolar electrode (120 watts)
- New device interface for an even more adapted adjustment
- EVO = 30 to 180% and forced operation 200% / EVO+ = 15 to 100% and forced operation 120%
- Simple and intuitive adjustment of chlorine production over a range between 15% and 100%.
- “Normal” (economical) range up to 70% for regular use
- “Performance” range from 75% to 100% for occasional use (setting to be used in the event of heavy traffic and high water temperature)
- The EVO+ product incorporates an additional chlorine reserve of approximately 20% compared to the EVO range.
- “Boost or forced” mode 120% over 24 hours max

Principle of salt electrolysis
The electrode will temporarily convert an element of salt into a powerful disinfectant.

Features

- Flow sensor: Detects the absence or lack of water flow on the electrolysis cell. Self-acknowledging system.
- Lack of water safety: The system goes into safety when it detects the absence of water in the electrolysis vessel.
- Chlorine control: Electrolyser controlled by Stéredox or Stérpro = controlled treatment and maintenance of constant water quality. Servo-control occurs without cutting the power supply to the device, production goes to 0% and a diagnosis appears.
- Diagnosis: To inform the user when necessary, a diagnosis code automatically appears on the screen of the device. Each code refers to an explanation appearing in a table integrated into the user manual, allowing understanding and solutions, even from a distance.
