The correct size chlorinator for your pool depends on the local climate and the number of people in the pool. Please note that chlorinator cell life can be increased by reducing winter run times and decreasing output settings. Davey recommends running the chlorinator 6 to 8 hours a day in the summer, and 2 to 4 hours in the winter.
