Certification for indoor domestic use is not just a formality. Thanks to it, we can guarantee the strictest safety standards, even in environments usually not suitable for the preparation of authentic Neapolitan pizza.
We comply with all the necessary standards for safe oven management in these contexts. Our tests are very rigorous and include common family situations, such as the presence of children or pets.
For example, the door is equipped with 4 glass panels, insulating the living space from the heat of the oven and preventing accidental burns.
All this allows high-level cooking, comparable to that of a real pizzeria, without requiring a professional oven, which would be far from being suitable for domestic use.
Practical and functional
Every aspect of the Urbe is designed to make it simple and convenient to use.
Installation is immediate: simply place the Alfa brick plate in the cooking chamber, plug in the oven and turn it on. It can sit comfortably on any flat surface, including a standard kitchen worktop, typically 60cm deep.
The interior space is also designed to be practical: 40 cm wide, more than enough to put a pizza in the oven (usually 30 cm in diameter), with a few extra centimeters to easily handle it while cooking.
The temperature is quickly adjusted via two side buttons: one controls the lower heating element and the other the upper one. White LEDs next to each button indicate their activity.
The central button allows you to select the function: pizza oven, static oven, bottom only or grill. It also has an LED that indicates whether the oven is running.
Cleaning is just as easy: the glass door panels are removable and can be washed in the dishwasher.

Urbe is designed to be efficient and aesthetic: its refined style, its modern and curved lines, and its emotional lighting make it a product to show off in the kitchen.
In addition to the two functional internal lights, a third light, strategically placed under the oven, adds a touch of elegance to your space.
The interior is also sophisticated: the cooking chamber is decorated with pyrolytic enamel, capable of withstanding very high temperatures without alteration.
Finally, you can choose between two shell colors: light gray and anthracite gray, ideal to match any decor , whether contemporary or vintage.
