400g light blue geotextile polypropylene felt, treated with natural metal ion antibacterial additives, to perform a continuous antibacterial action. It is used as a protective layer between the RENOLIT ALKORPLAN membrane and the surface of the swimming pool, preventing the proliferation of bacteria, fungi and microorganisms and concealing the relief of any irregular surfaces of the swimming pool before laying the liner . It also gives a much more pleasant sensation to the swimmer when walking on the membrane.
Why is it recommended to use RENOLIT ALKORPLAN geotextile?
• Thanks to its fungicide treatment, it acts as a chemical barrier to the proliferation of microorganisms responsible for the emission of sulfur gases. These appear due to the humidity of the support or the prior presence of organic elements. The geotextile prevents them from transferring into the pool water.
• It conceals any irregularities in the substrate.
• It adds comfort for the feet of bathers.
• It acts as a thermal insulator allowing a gain of around 2°C.
