The Pizzaiolo Kit includes the set of pizza peels made up of four tools to master all the different stages of cooking pizza:
- The Alfa pizza peel in perforated aluminum to remove excess flour with the embossed house logo.
- The small round shovel for turning the pizza in the oven.
- The poker to move the fire in the oven.
- The metal brush with brass bristles for cleaning the refractory base.
